The institute offers GNM, BSc and PBBSc nursing programs in a highly structured setting with experienced teachers, clinical and laboratory facilities at affordable cost. Assisted living:
Our Nurses and other healthcare professionals provide 24-hour supervision as well as a variety of personal care and health services to residents in an assisted living community. As the demand for long-term healthcare services grows, many assisting living facilities are experiencing workforce shortages, particularly for registered nursing positions.
Highly qualified faculty members :
Our faculty members are well-qualified and experienced, with expertise in teaching and advising. The nursing school has a fantastic library with up-to-date text and reference books, journals, and periodicals. The library is also affiliated with the British Council Library, so students
can access its online books and other resources.
Safe environment:
We provide a safe and hassle-free environment for those strong aspirants of nursing. With the excellent infrastructure, we provide 24*7 CCTV surveillance facilities, and AC Laboratory, Clinical Learning Facilities etc.
Accreditation:
We began the 3& 1/2 year GNM course with the affiliation of INC & WBUHS in the 2011 session under GitaRam Hospital with an annual intake of 30 students, followed by increases of 20 & 10 seats in 2012 & 2014, respectively. At the moment, the annual intake is limited to 60 seats. In the year 2015, the first batch of GNM students graduated with honours. The school has its building with centralized air conditioning, 10 lecture halls, 7 laboratories, A.V. aids and faculty rooms, H.O.D rooms, conference rooms, and a multipurpose hall, among other physical facilities. Every laboratory is well-equipped. The exam follows the curriculum of the Indian and West Bengal Nursing Councils.
